I was in one of the 3 check out lanes open which was clearly marked "express lane 12 items or less" the woman in front of me had a whole basket full at least 40 items and the cashier said nothing to her. I had to take my 8 items to another lane that the cashier turned her lane light off and at the risk of being rude I told her she could close after she checked me out with my 8 items due to the fact the express just became a non express lane. The cashier is aware an Express lane is for convenience of people getting a few items and usually in a hurry I will never stop in this brookshires again because of her lack of backbone to do her job . I'd give them less than one star if it was possible
Worst attitude possible with this store. Tried to get them to honor a price in mabank. Not very understanding. Manager said he doesn't care. I will never go here again
Service Always with a smile. Helpful when looking for something & helping take your groceries to your vehicle & loading them. Sales buy one , another for a penny Is true as advertised. Only thing is , they do not have some brands or items we prefer. RATE 9. OH YEAH the points you earn for discount on their fuel.
I like the cashiers and the people who take my groceries to my vehicle but the last two times I visited this store there was mold on the fruit. The oranges were especially rotten. I feel they should look into replacing their produce manager because other than the really old fruit I like this store.
Everyone was helpful. Store was clean. Quick in and out.
